The objective was to create a branding experience that combines sophistication, modernism, and visual impact, while also conveying exclusivity and high quality. As the coffee industry pushes its boundaries, inspiration was drawn from mid-century design and its dialogue with the futuristic optimism of space-age aesthetics.

The box is predominantly  black, contrasted with crisp white graphic elements that establish a sleek, monochromatic palette. The front features a large, abstract starburst graphic extending diagonally across the surface, chosen to evoke dynamism, energy, and a direct connection to the brand name. The wordmark “RUSHRUSH” appears in an italicized serif font, balancing elegance with a  sense of motion to reflect the idea of looking forward. 

The back reveals a striking geometric pattern that can be read as either white circles or black stars, depending on perception. This optical play creates a captivating contrast with the minimal exterior, while the repetition of forms reinforces modernist principles and nods to a futuristic, cosmic aesthetic.
